Chrysler 300 remote start not working.

Pressed the button on the remote and it would not lock. Also tried the boot release from the key and that would not open. Car starts fine with the key. Tried the spare and the same issue with that too. Looked in the manual and it shows 2 fuses relating to Sentry Key Remote Keyless Entry. Help. 2015 300S with keyless start. Just started getting a "remote start disabled" message when i try to remote start. Fob is otherwise working fine. My google search claims reprogramming of the keyless start fob is not available. Do i really need to take it to a dealership or locksmith to fix?
