In mid game, R would be on like 40s cooldown on bruiser while on assasin would be at around 60. U just have so much more options to go in with bruiser build. It’s ok to one trick for a time to learn matchups. I do suggest you learn how to play khazix into tanks. Your playstyle will depend on is it 3 tanks with 2 carries. Kill carries you win. I agree thats a shift in playstyle and the feel of a champ, but reliability is what wins the game and assassin kha counts on enemy unreliability to be reliable. If you want a more bruiser playstyle in the current patch, your best bet is conqueror with eclipse and black cleaver + situationals. He means that low cooldown Q lets him Q+aa to proc it.
