Pathfinder exhaustion. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, but it seems like there is nothing I can do to avoid fatigue/exhaustion. I'll rest my entire party, make sure no one has encumbrance, and still after every battle they're all either fatigued or exhausted. Effects that make you straight Exhausted will still work, but it does mean you can do stuff that would usually stack up Fatigue risk free.
